A graduate of Cheshire Academy 1967, Georgetown University School of Foreign Service (Magna Cum Laude) BSFS 1971 and Georgetown University School of Law (1974).  Licensed as an attorney by Connecticut since 1974 and a Connecticut Real Estate Broker since 1987.   Admitted to the District Court 1975 and admitted to the United States Court of Appeals 2nd Circuit 1975.
